Return Policy

At Allure Sydney, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with the items you ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

  1. Condition of Items: The items must be returned with all original parts, components, and packaging in the same condition as when received. Items must be unaltered and free from any signs of damage or excessive wear.

  2. Handling and Hygiene: Normal handling of the product is expected, but items damaged due to careless handling are excluded. For hygiene-sensitive products, thorough cleaning before the return process is mandatory.

  3. Defective Products: If the product is found to be defective upon receipt, please notify us immediately.

  4. Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product.

  5. Return Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will process it within 7 business days. If the return meets all conditions, we will officially acknowledge the return within this period.

Please note: We reserve the right to refuse returned items if they appear to have been used or damaged due to reasons other than our own.

How to Return Your Order

If your order meets the above conditions and you wish to initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to info@alluresydney.com with the following details:

    • Order number
    • Reason for the return request
    • A photo of the product in case of damage or defect
    • Your full name
    • Your shipping address
  2. Return Instructions: After we review your request, we will provide you with the correct return address. Please do not send the return to the sender's address, as this may delay processing.

Cancellation and Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer (a natural person who makes a purchase for personal use rather than for business purposes), you have the right to cancel your order under the following conditions:

A. CANCELLATION TERMS

Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier) receives the last of the goods in your order.

Cancellation Process
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us at Allure Sydney via a clear statement (e.g., by email) of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The cancellation is effective once we have received the goods. The cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipments in Transit
As our goods are shipped from Asia, longer transit times may occur, which are beyond our control. If your goods are already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the goods, and then proceed with the return process as outlined above. You may notify us in advance of your intention to cancel.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us). Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed. No fees will be charged for the refund.
